Chase Bays Power Steering Cooler Upgrade Kit – BMW E36 & E46

The Chase Bays Power Steering Kit for BMW E36 and E46 is designed to eliminate the common factory power steering leaks, fluid spillover, and overheating issues with improved aesthetics, durability, and stealthy design. This Cooler Upgrade Kit includes everything needed to add a cooler to your non-cooler equipped PS kit. This will replace the single Low Pressure 6AN Line from Rack to Reservoir with 2 Low Pressure 6AN Lines from Rack to Cooler and Cooler to Reservoir.

The Chase Bays Inline Heatsink Cooler is all aluminum in construction, and black anodized for a durable stealthy finish. It is compact but effective. Users have seen 20 degree F drops in temperature from this cooler.

This kit includes mounting brackets to mount the Cooler to the existing Rack mounting bolts. These bolts will need to be replaced with M10 bolts that are 5mm longer than OE ones to accommodate the bracket thickness (75mm long if using stock subframe). This hardware is not included, as some people will already have longer or different thread pitch bolts for use with aftermarket subframes
