“Bull’s Eye” Bearing Wall Tolerance — With advanced quality control procedures, KING is able to maintain rod and main bearing wall thickness tolerances at an amazingly tight plus or minus .0001″ — far tighter than other manufacturers.

“MaxFlange” A manufacturing principle that lets racers and street engine rebuilders save engines with borderline crankshaft endplay situations without additional machining. Precisely-controlled bearing flange length is the secret. King originated this manufacturing technology.

Ceramic Coating

Do you want lowered friction and more galling protection from your bearings? Then our advanced dry film lubricant ceramic coating is what you need. This coating will not need any changes to clearances as it bonds at 20 millionths of an inch or can be buffed to a “0” tolerance while still retaining it’s properties. This coating will greatly reduce power robbing friction and actively retain oil films even after sitting for months or being oil starved in high-g racing to minimize the chances of a galled bearing. A must have for anyone looking for safety and longevity in their bottom end.
